Darlene has experience dealing with addiction, crisis intervention, young adults with psychosis, and mood disorders. While she has over 5 years of practice working in the community and in-patient residential programs, her other areas of specialties include depression, trauma, and broken relationships. Darlene works with teens who are struggling with self-harming behaviors, depression. anxiety and school issues. Darlene works with clients with ADHD. Darlene utilizes compassion and evidence-based psychotherapy techniques to help individuals heal and improve their overall quality of life.
